Rear Admiral Bruce Harlow joined the Corporate Board in 2006. He is currently serving as President of the Board.  He also participates on the Executive and Finance-Facilities Committees.  Bruce holds an LL.B Law degree and retired after 28-years of active duty in the US Navy. Bruce is President of the Undersea Foundation at Keyport, President of the Poulsbo Science Foundation and a member of the Harrison Medical Center Foundation. He enjoys refurbishing old cars and golfing in his leisure time. Bruce and his wife, Betty, reside in Poulsbo.
