James C. Tracy re-joined the KMHS Corporate Board in 1995, having served on the Board previously in 1985. He is a Past President of the Board and a member of the Educational Disbursement and Strategic Development Committees. Jim practices land use law and is involved in other business interests, with offices in Poulsbo. He received both his B.A. in International Studies and Master of City Planning from Ohio State University, and his J.D. from California Western School of Law. Jim is a former Director of Community Development for Kitsap County, and a former Manager of Building and Land Development for King County. Jim and his wife, Rosemary, live in Kingston and have three grown sons.
