Jean Mackimmie has been on the KMHS Corporate Board since 1994 and is a Past President of the Board. Jean serves on the Human Resources, Educational Disbursement,and Facilities Committees. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado and completed her Master of Child and Family Studies at Washington State University. Jean retired in 2003 after a 40-year career in Public Health Nursing. Jean is actively involved with St. Antony’s Episcopal Church in Silverdale. She is also a volunteer at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton. She and husband, Mac, reside in Bremerton. They are members of the Bremerton Chapter of United States Power Squadrons, for which Jean serves as Chaplain. They enjoy spending time cruising on their boat and visiting with their two married sons and their families.
