KMHS Hosts a Seminar on "Law & Ethics"

Kitsap Mental Health Services is pleased to announce a “Law and Ethics” seminar featuring Judy C. Roberts, M.A., LMHC a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice as a Therapist in Seattle, WA. She taught professional ethics and legal issues at Antoch University, and currently provides continuing education workshops for practicing mental health clinicians.

This interactive program will provide practical information on regulations and guidelines for mental health counselors, marriage and family counselors and social workers in Washington State. Mandatory laws and compelling ethical standards, a decision making model and case examples of actual clinical dilemmas will be presented. The program will take place on October 17, 2008 at the Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 – 6th Street, Bremerton, WA 98337 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. (This program is approved for 6 CEU credit hours.) The fee to attend this outstanding presentation is $89 per person.
