Kitsap Mental Health Services’ (KMHS) Older Adult Services has moved to Lighthouse Plaza at 3631 Wheaton Way in Bremerton. Older Adult Services (OAS) was previously located at the main KMHS campus on Almira Drive in Bremerton. Services for KMHS clients 60 and above are now available at the new location.

The OAS team of geriatric mental health specialists and case managers offers assessment and treatment, case management, protective payee services, housing, group therapy, medication management and nursing home, boarding home and adult family home consultations. The team, which also includes a psychiatrist and a nurse, serves 150 outpatient clients, 500 nursing home residents, approximately 90 clients in their homes through a contract with the Area Agency on Aging, and another 30-40 clients through an Expanding Community Services contract with the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).
