Donna Poole, MSN, ARNP was selected by the Association of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses to receive the AAPPN Nursing Excellence Award for 2009, the organization’s most prestigious award. The award recognizes an AAPPN member who has made significant contributions to advanced practice psychiatric nursing, the mental health profession, and clients. Highly respected for her expertise and dedication, Ms. Poole was recently honored at the AAPPN Annual Dinner. She is employed by Kitsap Mental Health Services, where she serves as Medical Services Manager and as a Medical Provider.
