Norm McLoughlin was elected to the Corporate Board in 2006, and is currently serving on the Facilities and Strategic Development Committees. As Executive Director of the Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, Norm has helped develop or finance affordable, safe housing for KMHS clients. In 1994, Norm received a Friend of Housing Award from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, and in 2005, he was honored with the Pioneer Award by Puget Sound Energy. Norm received his Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master of Arts in Urban Studies from Antioch University. Norm has been a Member of the Admiral Theater Board since 1991. Norm and his wife, Lisa, have two grown children: Colin and Blythe.
