Paul Dour has served on the KMHS Board of Directors since 1987. He is a Past President of the Board and served two terms as Secretary-Treasurer. He served on the Facilities Committee during the design and construction of the mental health facility and on the Capital Campaign Steering Committee. Paul received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from Manhattan College and is a Licensed Professional Engineer. For the past 47 years, he has been involved in municipal engineering as a self-employed private consultant and as a local government official. Paul retired from a 17-year career as the County Engineer and then Assistant Director of Public Works for Kitsap County. He is active in his professional societies, and his community involvement includes membership in the Port Orchard Kiwanis Club. He and his wife, Rosemary, have three sons and reside in Port Orchard.
