Dr. Tom Hyde joined the Board in 2005 and is the Immediate Past President of the Board.  He also participates on the Executive, Compliance, and Resource Development Committees. Dr. Hyde is currently working part-time as a School Psychologist for the North Kitsap School District and the Lacey School District. He retired in 2005 after a 28-year career with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. Hyde earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Washington and his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. His special interests are

traveling, boating, gardening and cooking. He and his wife, Bette, reside in Bremerton.
