Creative Coping
September 20 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
The group aims to help people gain a better understanding of their emotional experiences and manage difficult situations through art and creativity. In each session, participants will try out different activities like painting, writing stories, making jokes, playing games, acting, creating collages, and working with paper mâché. These activities offer engaging and helpful ways to manage emotions, cope with stress, and expand our emotional vocabulary. Whether you want to express yourself through art or connect with others in a supportive setting, “Creative Coping” offers a great space for personal growth and learning useful skills to handle life’s challenges with confidence.
