Many Roles, One KMHS

“I love helping people, day-in and day-out, reach their goals and find their self-worth again.”

Jessa

Mental Health Professional, Keller House residential treatment

When you become part of the KMHS team, you are joining a culture of hope where you can do more than build a career, you can find your purpose.

Our clinicians and the teams that support them are truly inspiring. From housekeepers to therapists, accountants to crisis responders, we give our all every day to empower community members living with mental health and substance use disorders.

We can’t do this important work without every member of our team. That’s why we prioritize employee wellness with a free YMCA membership for employees and their dependents, 10 paid holidays a year plus two paid mental health days, and a robust benefits package.

Whether you’re new to behavioral health or ready to move your career to the next level, we hope you’ll join us in creating a healthier community.

Community Impact

Whether you provide direct client care or support our mission in areas like IT or Accounting, your work makes a difference.

We take our commitment to employees seriously, offering a robust benefits package that includes substantial personal leave days – including 10 paid holidays and two paid mental health days – and generous health coverage. We support employee wellness with a free YMCA membership for staff and their families. We also contribute to your retirement, help repay your student loans, and support your continuing education.

How We Hire

We take a people-centered approach to our work and to our hiring process. Each application is reviewed by a human being, not a computer program, to fully assess your skills and your fit with our mission-driven culture.

Whether you’re just starting out or are a seasoned professional, we’re committed to providing the training and support necessary to take your career to the next level. One of the reasons KMHS is such a great place to work is that we reward talent and hard work by promoting from within. Come grow with us.

Internships

Come find your purpose at KMHS. Working with seasoned team members and a diverse client population, you’ll hone treatment skills, learn to manage a caseload and explore different facets of community behavioral health.
