Residential Pacific Hope & Recovery
Our 16-bed residential treatment program serves adults who need a higher level of support than an outpatient program can provide. It offers structured treatment and support around-the-clock. The length of your stay depends on your needs.
Pacific Hope & Recovery Center (PHRC) is the only residential facility in Kitsap County that treats co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Clients receive care from trained mental health staff who specialize in substance use disorders. They also have access to psychiatric support.
Eligibility
People seeking intensive residential treatment at PHRC must:
- Be age 18 or older
- Be willing to accept treatment on a voluntary basis
PHRC is not a medical facility or a detox facility. Clients must be mobile and able to manage the activities of daily living, including their own physical health conditions. They should not need hands-on medical care and should be able to self-administer prescription medications.
How to Access Services
PHRC accepts direct referrals from inside and outside KMHS.
