Kitsap County Crisis Triage Center
The Kitsap County Crisis Triage Center (CTC) provides voluntary, short-term stabilization and crisis services for up to five days for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Developed as an alternative to hospitalization or arrest, the CTC offers a safe, supportive setting for adults dealing with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Clients work with a multi-disciplinary team to address the immediate crisis and be connected to services that support long-term recovery. This often includes addressing mental health, physical health, substance use, and other challenges. Each plan is unique to the individual’s crisis.
Clients are referred to the CTC from a variety of sources, including their KMHS clinician, emergency rooms, law enforcement, jail services, and Designated Crisis Responders. If you or someone you know is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, call the Salish Regional Crisis Line at (1-888-910-0416). Professional staff will assess the crisis and connect callers to services, which may include referral to the CTC.
"I never felt so safe and cared for. It’s the most respectful and professional care anyone could possibly imagine ever receiving. THANK YOU."
