Mental Health First Aid is for anyone who wants to make our community healthier, safer and more compassionate. It teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. And, it gives you the skills to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem, or experiencing a crisis.

Once you have been enrolled in Mental Health First Aid, you will receive an email from “Mental Health First Aid Team.” Please look for and open this email right away. You must register on the site so the course instructor can add you to the course. Once you have registered an account, you will receive an email to take a pretest.
