Kitsap Mental Health Services believes that diversity, inclusion and fairness are central to our mission. Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is a non-profit community mental health center providing inpatient and outpatient programs and services to children, families, adults and seniors. As a recipient of Federal financial assistance, KMHS does not discriminate against any person on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or age in admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services under any of its programs and activities, whether carried out by KMHS directly or through a contractor or any other entity with which KMHS arranges to carry out its programs and activities.

Half of all mental health disorders show first signs before a person turns 14 years old, and three quarters of mental health disorders begin before age 24.
