Housing Kitsap properties serves low income seniors, families, and individual with safe affordable housing throughout Kitsap County.

Housing: Mutual Self-Help Housing

Mutual Self-Help Housing program serves to make home ownership affordable to those income eligible . This program provides individuals and families the opportunity to build their own homes with a group of their neighbors. Housing Kitsap staff will guide the group of home buyers-builders through the home loan process and the build process. They guide the group from start to finish.
