Kitsap Homes of Compassion, a 501c3 non-profit, was created to help end the problem of homelessness in Kitsap County by using existing homes to provide safe and affordable permanent supportive housing. Kitsap Homes of Compassion offers Housing Support Services to help people find safe and stable housing, in or out of KHOC’s Housing Program.

Kitsap Homes of Compassion's Housing First Program works to solve homelessness for those who are eligible. This program is a permeant housing solution that provides support services such weekly house meetings with housing manager to provide needed resources. Qualified participants will pay affordable monthly fees that include utilities, internet, and a landline phone . Applications are available on website.
