WISe is a voluntary intensive community-based service that is meant to creatively meet the needs of your family. To do this we use a team-based approach and provide services that are strength based in the home, community, school, or office (wherever best meets your needs).

Crisis Services

WISe is an option for all Medicaid eligible youth ages 0-21 who are living with mental and behavioral health needs that impacts daily functioning in multiple life domains (home, school, interpersonal, etc.). Anyone in the community can call and request a CANS (Child Adolescent Needs and Strengths) screening, which can be completed in person or over the phone. Some circumstances that might indicate that WISe would be beneficial include: Frequent trips to the emergency room for mental health related reasons Increased incidents or risk of the youth harming themselves or others. Involvement in multiple systems (mental health, special education, juvenile justice, child welfare (CPS), etc and the other systems are struggling to support your child together.
