Crisis Services: Care Home

Harbor Hope Center's Care Home program houses young adults ages 18-20 who are experiencing homelessness. Through this program they operate Care Homes for young men that holds six beds and another for young women with six beds. Youth entering this program will receive mentorship and education with a goal of transitioning into independent living.

Crisis Services: Host Home

The Host Home program is the connection of a young adult who is experiencing homelessness with a volunteer community member who opens their home for temporary housing.
