Crisis Services: 24 hour Crisis Hotline

YWCA has trained and certified Domestic Violence Advocates that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist in accessing in emergency shelter, safety planning, legal advocacy services, support groups, and outside referrals.

Housing: Alternative to Living in a Violent Environment( A.L.I.V.E) Emergency Shelter Program

A.L.I.V.E Emergency Shelter Program is for survivors and their children fleeing from immediate dangerous situations due to domestic violence. Services include 24/7 Advocacy, Crisis Intervention, Safety Planning, Case Management, Legal Advocacy, Housing Advocacy, Support Groups, and Childcare. Call for screening

Legal

YWCA Kitsap county offer legal advocacy services to victims of domestic violence. Services include: Case Management, Safety Planning, Civil and Criminal Justice System Navigation, Victims Rights, Court Accompaniment, Protection Order Information, Referrals for Legal Consultation, Resources, and Danger Assessment. An intake appointment is required before services begin.

Support Group: Support Group Services Program

A confidential support group that is a safe environment to help break down the barriers of isolation and explore topics of domestic violence. Facilitation is curriculum based that gives participants the opportunity to learn, heal and manage the impact of their experiences. Support group opportunities: Survivors of Domestic Violence, Spanish Speaking Survivors/ Sobrevivientes de Habla Hispana, LGTBQIA+Identified Survivors, Children ages 9-12, Youth ages 13-17, and Survivors in Kitsap County Jail. Intake is required before group participation.
